He was predeceased by: his wife Mary LaVera Markham; his siblings, Geraldine Markham, Elizabeth Wright, Arthur Leonard Markham and Harold Ray Markham; his daughter-in-law Jewel Martin Markham; his great grandchild Coby Lane Markham; and his parents, Arthur Lee Markham and Mary Helen Overstreet Markham.

He is survived by: his son Nick Markham; his daughter-in-law Patricia Markham; his grandson Martin Shane Markham (Donna Markham); his great grandchild Jakob Reid Markham; his nephew David Markham; and his nieces, Mary Lee Casey (Donald Casey) and Julie Atkins.
