He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Milton Parrish; his daughters, Teresa Witt (Eugene), Renee Meador (Tim) and Penny Abbott (Mike); his grandchildren, Shana Witt, Brian Witt, Brandon Mitchen (Carissa), Greg Meador (Chelsea), Jon Andrews, Sam Abbott (Kristin), Tiffany Clark, Jamie Giles (Cory), Cadence Clark and Bently Clark; his sister Kathy Mabe (Gerald); and his mother-in-law Nancy Bryant (James). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Burch-Messier Funeral Home (317 W Main St, Bedford, VA 24523). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Walnut Street Chapel (1235 Walnut St, Bedford, VA 24523).
