She was predeceased by: her father John Billy Carter Jr. (JR). She is survived by: her mother Rebecca Ann Carter; her husband William Smith (Bill); her son Joshua Smith; her siblings, Michelle (Billy Jenkins) and Andrew (Ashley Carter); her close friend Kathy Bruemmer (Rick); her siblings' children, Jordan of Jake, MJ, Clay, Isaiah, Lori and Ryann; Ashley and Nicole. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
