He was predeceased by: his father Philip Michael Pantana. He is survived by: his mother Joy Jones Thacher; his wife Jessica; his son Jonas; and his brothers, Philip Pantana (Patricia), Andrew Pantana (Kacie) and John Mark Pantana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
