She is survived by: her husband Thomas Charles Stephens; her son Charles Thomas Stephens (Laura); her grandchildren, Stephen Thomas Lail (Kristen), Amber Richelle Boyd, Austin Wayne Lail (Emily), McLane Robert Lail (Loren), Savannah Violet Stephens, Samuel Charles Stephens and Katherine Jane Stephens; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Emberly, Kasen, Hudson and Eliza Lail; and her siblings, Mandy Shooter (Jack), Staci Myers and Stephaine Whitson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and so many friends.
