He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Sue Biggs; his granddaughter Brandy Danielle Eckart (Matt); his great grandchild Ethan Christopher Biggs; and his siblings, Buford Ruff, Johnny Ruff, Linda Mayhew and Vickie Prince.
