He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Junior Bennett and Edith Mae Dooley Bennett; and his sister Sandra Bennett Boyd. He is survived by: his son Jeremy D. Bennett; his stepsons, Tim Laughlin (Christie Hill) and Terry "Dawg" Laughlin (Sarah "Giggles"); his grandchildren, Cody Bennett, Alexis Nelms, Cameron Bennett and Nevaeh Bennett; his siblings, Joyce Bennett (Bill Cunningham) and Joe Bennett (Sandy); his brother-in-law Kenny Boyd; and his close friends, Kevin, Winston, Willie and Marvin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family and friends.
