Wanda will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Wanda is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Wanda’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Latimer and Ann Mattox Latimer; her daughter Cindy Johnson; and her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Latimer, Jr. and Carol Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband David C. Williams; her daughter Angela Updike; and her siblings, Tommy Latimer (Kathy) and Lois Creasy (Larry). She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethesda Methodist Church (14340 Wyatts Way, Huddleston, VA 24104). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
