He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Agee and Alice Hurt Agee; his son Mark Agee; and his cousin Robert Kirkwood. He is survived by: his wife Penny Harris Agee; his son Neal Agee; the parent of his child Gay Agee; his sister Nancy Ferguson (Tucker); his nephew Rodney Ferguson; his stepchildren, Shawn Bowden (Donna) and Jessi Fielder (James); his grandchildren, Taylor Watkins (Travis), Jacob Bowden, Ben and Emmy Cadle; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Colton Watkins; and his cousin Nina Wood.
