He is survived by: his children, Amy St. Clair (Kevin Shotwell), Amanda Creasy (Matthew) and Adam Hull; his girlfriend Regina S. Knight; his brother Dale Hull (Barbara); his cousin Austin Hull (Melinda); his sibling's children, Jonathan Hull, Daniel Noel (Karen Simpson), Darah McPherson (Brian), Kellan Hull, Trampas Hull (Jami) and Josey Hull (John Archer); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Treyse Hull, Tristan Hull, Rhylan Logwood and Eivah McPherson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family and many friends.
