She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Alvin and Louise Catherine Partlow Seal; and her husband Larry Joseph Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Phillips (Seth) and Colby Phillips (Holli); her siblings, Gary Seal (Tancy), John Seal (JoAnn) and Cathy Pugh (Kelly); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Senter (Tony), Joey Amaya (Virginia), Monica Jenkins (T. J.), Mindi Pendleton, Rylan Phillips, Ramzie Phillips and Ayla Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Senter, Blake Senter, Leighanna Jenkins, Leddie Jenkins, Levi Jenkins, Lacey Jenkins, Shyheim Thompson, Anaya Thompson, Jamar Thompson, Amarie Pendleton and Zariah Slaughter.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral arrangements.
