It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Webb of Berryville, Virginia, who passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Allen and Mary Irene Roop Allen; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Webb of Leesburg, VA and Beth Webb of Chattanooga, TN; her brother Willard "Dutch" Allen (Karen); and her sister-in-law Joan Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
