Carter; and her siblings, Emma Mills, Robert, Charles, Samuel, Douglas, James, Frank, Elizabeth, William and Doris Liggins.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Nichols of Capitol Heights, Maryland, Brenda Whitmore (Michael) of Stephens City, Virginia, Shirley Morgan (Robert) of Boyce, Virginia, Robert Liggins of Berryville, Virginia, Kevin Liggins of Berryville, Virginia and Curtis Liggins (Gloria) of Winchester, Virginia.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and many beloved extended family.
