He is survived by: his father Jerry Donald Payne; his stepmother Carolyn Payne of Romney, WV; his son Aaron Chandler Coulter of Winchester, VA; his sisters, Jennifer Jennejahn of Rixeyville, VA, Jessica Payne of Berryville, VA, Krystle Payne of Winchester, VA and Monica Stump of Winchester, VA; and his granddaughters, Briella and Harmony. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
