Though Kimberly has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Norman Asbury and Doris Jean Foltz Asbury; her stepfather Ted Roach; her close friend John Chapman; her children, Zackary Mercer of Falling Waters, WV, Jackson Propst of Charles Town, WV and Hannah Propst of Kearneysville, WV; her sisters, Karen Jean Asbury (John Bodmer) of Winchester, VA and Kathleen Asbury Black (Kevin) of Woodstock, VA; and her son Joshua Mercer.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel (1050 W Main St, Berryville, VA 22611).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Enders Fire & Rescue, 9 South Buckmarsh Street, Berryville, VA 22611 or Berryville Baptist Church, Capital Improvement Fund, 114 Academy Street, Berryville, VA 22611.
