She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Dennison Pinkerton Marchaland and Louis Marchaland; her husband Guy Keefer Jr.; and her siblings, Louie, Barbara Coburn and Sally Moore Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Virginia Spitler; her sons, Gregory Keefer (Susan) of Forest, VA and Jeffrey Keefer (Mary) of Park City, UT; her grandchildren, Christopher (Jen) of Falls Church, VA, Brett of Haymarket, VA, Thomas (Haley) of Forest, VA, Ashley (Forrest) of Huntersville, NC, Kristen (Aaron) of Glenwood Springs, CO and John (Charmayne Inman) of Bayfield, CO.; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Evelyn of Falls Church, VA, Jack, Bode of Huntersville, N. C., Finley, Tucker of Forest, VA and Harper of Glenwood Springs, CO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorials take the form of donations to the charity of one's choice.
