She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wiley and Nannie Wiley; and her siblings, Herbert Chamblin, Lewis Wiley, David Wiley, Nannie Mae Chamblin, Shirley Temple Chamblin, Deloris "Toots" Puckett (Janice Wiley Mercer) and Shawn Everhart.
She is survived by: her husband Warren Franklin Broy; her children, Lisa Cleaver (Howie) and Warren Bradley Broy (Becca); her grandchildren, Bristen Broy, Lucas Broy and Olivia Broy; her siblings, Kenneth Chamblin of Foley, AL, Carol Lee of Charles Town, WV, Sandra Everhart (Powell) of Berryville, VA and Tammy McDonald (David) of Berryville, VA; and her sister-in-law Betty Wiley of Berryville, VA.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel (1050 W Main St, Berryville, VA 22611). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
