He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice Duggan; his brother Bruce Duggan (Lynne); his children, Chris Duggan (Barbie) and Jennifer Vafiades (Chris); his stepchildren, Ian Fitch (Erin) and Jessi Hawkins (Wade); his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Rain, Oceanna, Summer, Cory, Mica and Jay; his siblings, Lynne Duggan and Steve Duggan; and his parents, Norman Duggan and Jane Hobbs.
