He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Heath and Nellie Elizabeth "Beth" Sheppard Tallcott; and his former wife Edna Mae Heath. He is survived by: his wife Irene Poland Heath; his children, Laura Gray (Paul) of Aurora, OH, Robert Scott "Bobby" Heath (Katy) of Warren, MI and James Heath of Caroline County, VA; his stepsons, Donald Jenkins, Jr. (Jessie) and Geoffrey Jenkins; his siblings, Scott Heath and Fay Sheppard; his grandchildren, Emily Hutchison (Michael) of Nathan, RJ, Adrianna and Gabriel; his stepgrandchildren, Don Jenkins III, Ashley Jenkins, Matthew Jenkins and Heather Tumblin; and his great grandchildren, Carson Burton and Camden Burton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel (1050 W Main St, Berryville, VA 22611). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
