She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Billiter and Rebecca Beatrice Billiter (Blackburn); her siblings, Blake Billiter, Bob Billiter, Magdeline Clark and Sarah Estelene Clark; and her daughter-in-law Robin Riggsby.
She is survived by: her children, T. D. Lee of Oakwood, VA, Richard Brian "Richie" Lee (Karen) of Big Rock, VA and Sherry Cook (Randall) of Grundy, VA; and her grandchildren, Hannah Lee (Ross Monroe), Ashley Adams (Alex), Taylor Rose Cook and Morgan Duty (Kameron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grundy Funeral Home (22208 Riverside Dr, Grundy, VA 24614). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
