Collier; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Bowen, Glenn Bowen, Carl Bowen, Ellen Collier, Ide Miller and Inez Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughter Beulah Rouse; her siblings, Charles Collier, Phyllis Coldiron and Janice Rogers; her grandchildren, Dominik Bowen, Kyli Bowen and Kaitlyn Rouse; and her siblings-in-law, Lynn Bowen, Larry Bowen, Hazel Haycraft, Freda Mullins and Diana Couch. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
