She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Gutheil; her parents, Jim Callahan and Lula Callahan; her siblings, Elizabeth Callahan, Jim Jr., Roscoe, Jack and Cas "Bud" Callahan; her niece Beth Tipton; her stepson Phillip; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Gutheil.

She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Carolyn Kilpatrick and Kathy George (Jerry); her grandchildren, Jeff Kilpatrick (Dawn), Sally Kilpatrick (Tracey), David Gutheil (Julie), Jill Malone (Greg) and Amy Schultz; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Katie, Angie Kilpatrick, Adam, Clair Gutheil, Joshua, Elizabeth Malone, Ella, Addie and Isabella Schultz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church West Carrollton or to Hospice of Dayton.
