He is survived by: his son Kipton Lee "Kippy" Rose; his parents, Trish Rose and Denny Rose; his siblings, Seth Jones, Sabrina Boggs (Billy), Jarred Rose (Ashlynn), Whitney Barrier (Andy) and Jimmy Lee Brock; the mother of his child Haven White; his grandfather Ralph Slemp; his siblings' children, Piper, Ellie, Gracie, Mercy, Emma, Nova, Hudson, John Andrew and Dallas; and his aunts and uncles, Johnny Rose, Michael Slemp, Lana Slemp and Pamela Slemp. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
