He is survived by : his parent Nicola Jean Wells Swinney; his grandparents, Leonard, Polly Swinney, Bill and Etta Wells; his brothers, Brian Swinney (Mary) and John Swinney (Melissa Anderson); his nieces and nephews, Quentin Swinney (Nikki), Morgan Sturgill (Tyler Smith), Tenise Robinson (Jordon Richardson), Rayann Swinney (Jordan Hopkins) and Meloney Swinney; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Karter Swinney, Alanna Richardson, Emma Richardson and Colton Coomer.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Living Waters Church (1590 TN-394, Blountville, TN 37617).
