He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Stacy and Ollie Stacy; his wife Betty Stacy; and his siblings, Donna Seabolt, Sue Starnes, Roger Stacy and Leroy Stacy.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Stacy of Kingsport; and his grandchildren, Karter and Brody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other close relatives and friends.
A procession will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holding Funeral Home, Inc. (17 E 3rd St N, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens (5650 Powell Valley Rd, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219).
