He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emory Lowe and Mary Hope Lowe (Parkey); and his siblings, Jean Ann Maggard (Lowe), Bob Lowe and Danny Charles Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Lowe (Damian), Jesse Lowe, Kendra Lowe, Jalyn Lowe and Emilyn Lowe; his granddaughter Lyla Messer; his siblings, Bruce Lowe (Charlotte), Kyle Edward "Blue" Lowe (Pam), Janet Austin (Jeff) and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Maggard, Mary Lowe and Sherry Lowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
