She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Sturgill and Ivey Chandler Sturgill; and her brother Dan Moore. She is survived by : her husband Rickey Ratliff; her daughters, Melissa Gilliam, Lisa Morelock (John) and Anita Gilliam (Ricky); her brothers, James Sturgill and Steven Sturgill; and her grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Morelock, John Edward Morelock (Kevin), Rex Allen Wilson (Rachel), Tyrese Cockrel, Reyshawn Anderson, Keyshawn Anderson and Carlos Anderson, Jr.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, and other close relatives and friends.
