He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Irene Sexton and Charles McCoy Wagner Sr.; his siblings, Charlie Wagner and Mary Jo Long; and his grandmother Ruth Hartsock.
He is survived by: his brother Leslie Wagner (Les); his daughter Sydnee Blake Wagner; his grandchildren, Grayson Hunnell, Bishop Thier, Kuechly Thier and Alyvia Thier; and his nieces and nephews, Todd, Tara, Tonya, Brandon, Christopher, LeAnn, Halie, Aaron and Jessica Stacy Manis.
In lieu of flowers, the Wagner family asks for contributions to be made to Holding Funeral Home.
