He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lowe; his stepdaughters, Rhonda Miller (Eric) and Erica Morgan (Roger); his siblings, Kyle Edward "Blue" Lowe (Pam), Janet Austin (Jeff) and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Maggard, Mary Lowe and Sherry Lowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
