He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth "Ken" Gilley and Thelma Gilley (Sorah) of Powell Valley; and his sister Deborah Ann Gilley. He is survived by: his aunt Shirley Walborn of Xenia, OH; his brother Dexter Ramey (James Potter) of Abingdon, VA; and his cousins, Bob Jones (Kelley) of Baton Rouge, LA and Karen Moerlein (Bob) of Punta Gorda, FL.
