He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Colvard, Sr. and Laura Bishop Colvard; and his sisters, Allene Tolly and Dorothy Dot Flanary. He is survived by: his children, Janie Fannin (Dale) of Bean Station, Diane Carter (Craig) of Bowling Green, KY, Tammy Sells (Tom) of Jacksonville, FL and William E. Colvard III. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; along with several nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends.
