It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Ann Wolfe Hudson of Blacksburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pershing Wolfe and Elzina Smith Wolfe of Stewartstown, PA; her husband Robert Alfred Hudson, Jr.; and her brother Richard Mark Wolfe of Stewartstown, PA.. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Robby" A. Hudson, III and Kimberly Lynn Hudson Byrd; her sons-in-law, Cory Scott Byrd (Elizabeth Amy Hudson Stanger) of Blacksburg, VA and Jason Merle Stanger of Christiansburg, VA; her grandsons, John Robert Hudson (JRob), Scott Allen Hudson, Caden Wyatt Byrd and Aiden Gage Stanger; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Hudson Richards and James Richards of Pulaski, VA; her nieces, Ashley Wallace Borders and Kaitlyn Nicole Wolfe of Stewartstown, PA; Karen Scott Hudson of Blacksburg, VA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (42 1st St NW, Pulaski, VA 24301). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Centennial Christian Church Cemetery - McCoy (6266 Centennial Rd, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
In lieu of flowers and food, please make donations in Beverly's memory to St. Jude Children's, Research Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
