He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil and Carol Sue; his wife Anna Lee Underwood; his children, Gregory Carl Polan (Pam Linkous), David Louis Polan (Debby) and Leanne Reynolds (Robert); his granddaughters, Rachel Link (Dwayne), Alice Duty (Aaron), Emily Polan-Harper (Andrew), Carly Dove (Brandon), Sarah Polan and Lindsey Polan; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Sadie, Natalie Link, Austin, Cayson Dove, Amos and Adalee Duty. He is also survived by 70 cousins, sister-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
