He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Irving Burr and Ethelyn Eloise Suriner Burr; and his wife Annette Parker Burr. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Ann Burr Drake (Fred Drake) and Jeffrey David Burr (Katherine Allen); his grandchildren, William, Christopher and Erin Drake; and his brother-in-law Raymond Parker (Elizabeth Allen). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
