He is survived by: his wife Helen Heavener; his children, Chuck Heavener (Mary) and Christen Dowdy (Norman); his grandchildren, Madeline and Peyton (Erika); his great grandchildren, Riley and Remi; and his sister Susie Siburt (Paul).
