She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Oliver and Irene Perdue Oliver; her husband Howard Sweeney; her sons, Lewis Howery and Tommy Howery; and her grandson Eric Cook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Hedrick, Marie Sweeney, Irene Cook and Nancy Shooshtari; her grandson-in-law John Oliver; and her pets, Harley and Liberty. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren, and other family members.
