He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Bunce and William Bunce; and his son-in-law Randy Urick. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Bunce of Blacksburg, VA; his daughters, Linda Bunce (Michael Vincent) and Amy Urick; his grandchildren, Callie Simkoff (Sam), Anna Duski (Dave) and Will Vincent (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Hazel, Eliza, Eden, Holden Duski and Birdie Vincent.
In lieu of flowers, Dr Bunce asked that donations be given in his memory to either CharityvisionInternational, Inc (https://www.charityvision.net) or the Center for Victims of Torture.
