He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Lee Mannon, Sr.; and his siblings, Patricia Ann Ingrahm, Gary Wayne Mannon and Harvey Lee Mannon, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Merle Brickhouse Mannon; his siblings, Jennifer Post, Valerie Lynn Scott (Ricky) and William Randold Mannon; his cousin Rose-Rose; his nephew Mitchell Mannon; and his nieces, Kathy Hale and Norma Greene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
