Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Miller and Mildred Adele Hilton Graham; and her husband Melvin Wayne Meredith. She is survived by: her uncle Coleman Lee Hilton; her mother-in-law Mardell Williams Hilton; her son Daryl Wayne Meredith (Renee); her brother-in-law Johnny Meredith (Kathy); and her nephews, Darnell Harvey, Randy Hilton and Ricky Hilton.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery (723 Roanoke St E, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
