He is survived by: his wife Janet Rairigh; Catherine Blum of Philadelphia, PA, Christine Vaughan (Paul) of Bowie, MD, Joseph Blum (Esther) of Bonne Terre, MO, Robert Blum (Ingrid) of Decatur, IL and Thomas Blum (Stephanie) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
