He is survived by: his sons, Joey (Jackie Brizendine), Michael Brizendine and Josh Brizendine; his grandchildren, Lauren, Piper, Klair, Zoey, Dixie, Ashlynn and Gunner; and his brothers, Roger (Patsy Brizendine) and Terry (Karen Brizendine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
