She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Bramlett and Alice Harris (Bramlett); her husband Thomas B. Gallagher; her son Thomas Bernard Gallagher, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Barbara Gallagher; her daughter Lisa Gallagher Tuleya; her son-in-law Robert Tuleya; her grandsons, Ryan, Michael, Finn and Aidan; her sister Jane Starosta; and her pets, Rosie and Toby. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCoy Funeral Home (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Memorial Gardens of the New River Valley (2551 N Main St, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
