He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Austin and Alma Austin; his siblings, Gerry Lindbloom (Harry) and Bernice Wolfe (E. W.); his nephew Bill Wolfe; and his siblings, Goldie Austin, Minnie Lou Bradford (Bill) and Karl Austin, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Betty Wiese Austin; his daughters, Connie Jean Austin and Cheri Lynn Austin Warburton; his grandchildren, Dedra Anderson and Christine Caroline Booker (David); his great grandchildren, Henry and Olivia; his grandson Michael Austin Warburton (Liz); his great grandchildren, Austin and Violet; his nephews, Karl Wolfe (JoAnn) and Kent Bradford; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reed, Gray, Oliver, Jack Warburton (Kimberly), Rebekkah Warburton Ferrell and Daniel Warburton (Mandy); Ben, Max, Will, Kate, Campbell, Elliot, Lyndon and Declan.
