She was predeceased by : her parents, William Thomas Hamlet and Sandra Laverne Hamlet Lockley (Jessie Lockley); her grandparents, John, Mary Louise Smith, William B. and Minnie Alice Hamlet; her children, Jermaine Hamlet and Sasha Hamlet; her grandson Deshavon Royster; and her siblings, William Frederick Hamlet and Sandra Louise Hamlet.
She is survived by : her husband Raymond D. Brown of Blacksburg, VA; her children, Marissa Nicole Hamlet of Blacksburg, VA, Felisha Yvette Hamlet of Winston-Salem, NC, Brian Hamlet of Blacksburg, VA, Terrence Gore (Tamala) of Princeton and Nathaniel Dwight Gore (Jasmine Day) of Princeton; and her siblings, Tonya Hamlet of Dayton, OH, Deanna Hamlet of Dayton, OH and Thomas Hamlet of Pulaski, VA.. She is also survived by eight stepchildren, 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
