She is survived by: her husband Vernon Wayne Surface; her children, John William Surface (Anne) and Jessica Ann Poff; her grandchildren, Cory, Tyler, Cody, Cassidy, Cheyenne, Savannah, Andrew and Eli; her great grandchildren, Levi, Braxton, June, Finlay, Colton and Willow; her siblings, Joe Bandy (Lynn), David Bandy (Pam), Billy Bandy (Dee), Linda Harold and Lois Sutter; her mother-in-law Mary Jane Surface; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Lucas, Alice Nutter, Gladys Sartin (David), Lorie Jane Surface (George Spradlin), Leroy Surface and Eric Surface. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
