He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John David Brown; his wife Marissa Brown; his birth mother Dorothy White; his mother Marie Delight Robinson; his sisters, Brenda Brown, Rita Ross, Joan Robinson-Tucker and Jane Thomas; his children, Raymond Brown Jr. (Janice) of West Virginia, Eric Brown, Raymont Brown, Clinton Brown, Derrick Brown, Tina Matthews (Michael), Zenobia Cohen (Tony) and Kristie Brown; his goddaughter Jontae Chandler; and his sisters, Rhonda Melton and Janet Johnson. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Seaver Funeral Home (1507 N Walker St, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
