She is survived by: her parents, Colonel George C. Hoffmaster, Jr. (Sally) and Jean Hoffmaster of Louisville, KY; her husband Bill of Blacksburg; her children, Bill Foy Jr. (Kellie) of Roanoke, Kelly Williams (Tom) of Fort Mill, SC, Ashley O'Rear (Josh) of Richmond and Tommy Foy of Tega Cay, SC; her grandchildren, Riley, Tommy Williams, George, Molly O'Rear, Will, Frances Foy and Jovie Miller; and her sister Peggy Darden (Wim) of Louisville. She is also survived by relatives, in-laws and friends.
The family suggests contributions in Sally's name be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) or the HealthWell Foundation.
