She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Harold Wall and Ruth Naomi Martin Wall; her son Kevin Wayne Dowdy (Pulaski); her siblings, Dennis Ray Wall (Pulaski) and Rebecca Lynn Gravely (Tony); and her nephews, John Richard Doss, Jr. and Randy Shane Gravely.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
