He is survived by: his wife Frances Mull Whitlow; his son Michael W. Whitlow (Kathryn); his grandsons, Jason S. Whitlow (Holly) and Daniel P. Whitlow (Brooke); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Lilly, Rhys and John; and his nieces, Jackie, Jamie and Joni. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
