She is survived by: her children, Shirah Jaaber (Dudy) and Darnell Goodson; her son-in-law Ismail Jaaber; and her grandchildren, Aniyah, Ramel Fleming, Dar'Naja, Zoie, Zier, Katia Goodson and Kyiesha Booker. She is also survived by siblings, three sisters and four brothers; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the W. E. Hawkes and Son Funeral Home (504 East St, Blackstone, VA 23824).
